Can I try school uniform on before I buy?

We can offer a try on of garments for sizing by prior arrangement. This will be by a visit to one of our premises in Skipton. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if this is needed.

What if I order the wrong size of school uniform?

We will happily exchange any non-personalised school uniform (i.e. where no child's initials have been embroidered) for the correct size. The incorrect garments must be returned to us in their original unworn state with labels still attached. Garments can be returned to us by post or dropped off at our premise in Skipton. Please get in touch if this is needed.

Can I return garments?

Because our items are personalised with embroidery, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on embroidered workwear garments unless they are faulty or we've made an error with your order.

For school uniform garments, they can be returned in their original unworn state with labels still attached for a refund. Any garments embroidered with a child's initials cannot be returned. This is unless there is a problem with either the garment or embroidery.

Is there a minimum order for school uniform?

There is no minimum order. A delivery charge of £3.95 is applied to all orders under £35 and over this delivery is free.

What if my garment is out of stock?

Please look in the description where we may of put a projected lead time to indicate when stock should be available again. If this isn't there please get in touch and we'll do what we can to help.

What sizes of school uniform are available?

We offer age-based sizing to make it easy to find the right fit for your child. Our available sizes are:

  • 3–4 years
  • 5–6 years
  • 7–8 years
  • 9–10 years
  • 11–12 years
  • 13 years

If you're unsure which size to choose, we recommend going up a size to allow for growth. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 working days. Please bear this in mind when ordering, especially at busy times of year such as during the school summer holidays.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation and your order should arrive shortly after. All orders are despatched via Royal Mail on a 48hr tracked service.

How does the embroidery work?

We use professional embroidery machines to stitch your school or business logo and/or text directly onto the garment — creating a smart, durable finish that lasts wash after wash.

For school's, the design we embroider is based on your school's approved logo or badge. Please note that we can only embroider designs that have been approved by the school.

Can I collect my order?

Collection can be arranged at the checkout section of our website. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection and this will be from Pennine Cruisers on Coach Street in Skipton. This is a free of charge option.

Can I order multiple items at once?

Absolutely! You can add as many items as you need to your basket and check out in one go. This is great if you're stocking up for the new school year or ordering for more than one child. There's no minimum or maximum order quantity.
